Wish Books Annual Wrap-Up 2025

As 2025 comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to share what’s been happening behind the scenes at Wish Books. It has been a year of steady building, unexpected breakthroughs, and a growing sense that the work is beginning to align in a deeper way. Thank you for being part of this journey.

The Codex Arcanum 1888 — Available 30 December 2025

When an untranslatable manuscript appears on British Museum clerk Clara Whitmore's desk, her orderly Victorian existence fractures. The ancient text defies conventional linguistics. Its provenance remains untraceable. And Clara soon discovers she's caught in a silent war for its secrets.

Following cryptic clues leads her into London's shadowed intellectual underground, where she encounters the enigmatic Helena Blavatsky among other seekers of hidden knowledge. The manuscript's revelations suggest an erased civilization whose forbidden wisdom threatens established power.

Step into gas-lit 1888 London, where The Codex Arcanum blends historical detail with arcane possibility. Beneath the empire's proper facade, occult societies and forgotten truths await those brave enough to look beyond accepted reality. Clara's quest through this veiled world marks just the beginning of The Alchemical Chronicles, where history's margins hold the most dangerous truths.

Book 2: The Hidden Grove — Forthcoming

Editors are currently working on the second installment in the series. Clara ventures deeper into the ancient grove where shadows conceal secrets, deciphers a manuscript written in forgotten code, and begins to develop the skills that will define her future investigations. Look for it in 2026.

Crime Scene Kosovo — New Editions and Expanding Distribution

I've been polishing The Missing Diary for a second edition that will soon reach shelves through IngramSpark's distribution network, connecting my thriller with bookstores and libraries around the world. Explosive Reprisals and Deck the Halls with Danger have both found their way into this expanded distribution channel as well—small victories that gradually widen my readership.

German readers can now enjoy two of my titles in their native language: The Missing Diary and Halloween and the Black Sun have crossed the language barrier thanks to my ongoing partnerships with German translators and publicity teams.

The spoken word versions of my stories now reach listeners through Audible, Findaway Voices, and Spotify's expanding audio platforms.

Wish Books: Mysteries and the Unknown

Where inquiry meets imagination, and the edges of experience come into focus.

This new branch of Wish Books will host the more speculative, research-driven work—the kind that sits between investigation, experience, and interpretation. It’s a place for the threads that don’t easily fit into fiction or standard non-fiction, yet continue to generate meaningful questions. This includes future writing on UAP research, anomalous events, symbolic analysis, temporal studies, and the broader field of consciousness.

A Note on What Comes Next

The new year might also bring a more immediate channel for these investigations—perhaps a Substack where I could share research notes and developing threads as they unfold. This would create a space for readers to witness the questions evolving in real time, instead of only encountering them once they've crystallized into books. The concept remains unannounced but has begun to take root in my thinking.

Looking Ahead

In the coming year, we'll be expanding our work in several directions: continuing The Alchemical Chronicles fiction series, broadening the reach of the Crime Scene Kosovo thriller collection with new editions, and advancing both the OPAL research initiative and our preliminary exploration of Mysteries and the Unknown.
